- IPD section obtained FSSAI certification
- Institutional Ethical Committee of CARI Guwahati has been registered in DHR.
- A new G+3 (Panchakarma block) and G+2 (Pharmacology and Chemistry Laboratory) was inaugurated by the former Honourable Union Minister of Ayush and Ports, Shipping and Waterways, Shri Sarbananda Sonowal on 12.01.2024 at CARI, Guwahati.
The Animal House Facility of Pharmacology section of the Institute has been registered with Committee for Control and Supervision of Experiments on Animals (CCSEA), Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Government of India in January, 2025 for carrying out research on small laboratory animals such as rats and mice (Registration No 2332/GO/R/S/2025/CCSEA, Date: 28-01-2025).
